A regulator that emits a certain amount of air is sunken down the tank, and operated; the pressure demand value according to the fluid level change during air purge changes. The device detects this with a semi-conductor piezoelectricity particle and transmits the detected signal into an electric current signal of DC 4∼20mA for the output. The device is used for sites where the surface's rolling is severe or its level change is big, or where the level tracing device cannot be used because of causes such as slurries.
